About me
Camille Moore, born and raised in Metro-Detroit, is a graduate student at Wayne State University, pursuing a Master of Library and Information Science and a graduate certificate in Archival Administration. She is the President of the Future Librarians for Inclusivity and Diversity and the Inclusion and Belonging Graduate Student Assistant for the School of Information Sciences.
In 2021, Camille earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media with a minor in Law, Justice, and Social Change at the University of Michigan. After working in the cultural heritage sector, she became interested in storytelling, digital preservation, memory work, and the power of archives in cultural memory. She aspires to work alongside community members to make galleries, libraries, archives, and museums more innovative, inclusive, and accessible for all.
